Migration of website from Wix to WordPress

I built a website for an auto repair shop www.thorauto.dk, which is currently running on the Wix platform. The site performs well, but for further development and scaling, I want to fully migrate it to WordPress.
- Task — recreate the website on WordPress with full preservation of the current design, structure, and functionality. It is also important to set up basic technical SEO optimization, connect all forms (including CRM integrations), and install analytics systems (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Deadline — up to 3 weeks from the start of work.
Budget — open to proposals, please specify an approximate cost with your response.
📌 What needs to be done:
1. Save the current design
Recreate the website design 1-to-1 on WordPress (you can use the Jupiter theme or similar).
Ensure responsiveness for mobile devices.
Save all colors, fonts, icons, images, and visual elements.
2. Transfer content
Transfer all website pages: texts, images, buttons, videos, and links.
Verify that all internal and external links work.
3. Recreate forms and connect CRM
Forms: "Time Booking", "Get a Quote", "Callback", "Email".
Connect forms to KeepinCRM (via webhook or Make.com).
Add the "Get a Quote" form to all pages of the website (currently only on 3).
4. Set up technical SEO
Configure URL structure.
Transfer all meta titles and descriptions.
Connect sitemap.xml and robots.txt.
Install and configure an SEO plugin (Yoast SEO or RankMath).
Optimize website loading speed (caching, image compression, CSS/JS minification).
Ensure HTTPS and SSL are working.
5. Connect analytics
Install Google Tag Manager.
Connect Google Analytics and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
6. Make the admin panel user-friendly
Use a visual editor (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
Ensure easy content editing.
Set up spam protection (reCAPTCHA, Antispam Bee, etc.).
Configure automatic backups.
7. Transfer to hosting
Hosting is already available.
Check that traffic is not lost during transfer (set up redirects if necessary).

Such delays are possible in complex projects, and it is important to approach them with understanding. To everyone reading this review, I want to advise: if unforeseen situations arise during the process, the main thing is to maintain a friendly attitude, stay in touch, and help each other. This approach helped us quickly and effectively resolve all arising issues.
As a result — an excellent outcome on all points of the technical assignment. The WordPress site was implemented in full accordance with the Wix mockup. Technical improvements were implemented that positively affected the security and loading speed of the site. All goals were achieved, the site loads very quickly, which will influence SEO rankings.
