Rewrite PHP backend in Laravel
It is necessary to rewrite the PHP backend SaaS service using modern Laravel and PHP.
Before we proceed to full project implementation, a test project must be completed: rewrite one of the small microservices according to the technical requirements. This will help verify your approach to architecture, code quality, documentation, and CI/CD. The requirements in the document can be discussed.

You will receive the microservice code.
You need to rewrite the functionality based on the requirements from the document (attached to the task).
After reviewing the test project, there is potential for long-term collaboration on the entire service.
