Replanning of the house + terrace project with a barbecue and bathhouse
Need an architect/designer for the correct redesign of the existing house project and the development of an extension (terrace + barbecue + bath).
Key requirement:
The perimeter, axes, and load-bearing walls of the house cannot be changed.
The work is strictly based on the existing project.
What needs to be done:
Redesign inside the house (without changing the perimeter):
Move the entrance and hallway with the stairs to the basement to the area of the former children's room No. 2
Move the kitchen to the location of the master bedroom
Move the master bedroom to the location of the old kitchen
All dimensions, walls, and the outline of the house must be preserved
Project of the extension (L-shaped):
Terrace + barbecue — one common room
Separate bath (steam room + shower)
Connection: House → Terrace/Barbecue → Bath
The house in the project is not redrawn, only the attachment of the extension
