Project: Translator Assistant

Looking for a translator assistant to perform tasks related to communication with government institutions and apartment owners in Germany.

The project is related to the service Help.de, which helps people from Ukraine relocate and adapt in Germany (issues regarding documents, housing, interaction with government institutions).

Tasks within the project

— calls to Jobcenter, migration services (Ausländerbehörde) and other institutions
— clarification of information regarding client cases
— calls regarding housing and rental issues
— assistance in communication between the client and the institution
— participation in online conversations as a translator (for example, during a meeting with Jobcenter or migration service)
— transmission of the information received as a result of the conversation

- approximately 100 calls need to be made

Requirements

— knowledge of German language at a conversational level
— ability to communicate correctly with government institutions
— responsibility and attentiveness
— availability of computer, phone, and stable internet
— ability to promptly join calls

Payment

Payment is made for completed tasks.

— call to the institution — 5 €-per result
— online support / translation during the call — 10 € per hour

Payment depends on the type and duration of the task.
