I would like to take the reference as a basis for style and mood, but at the same time create my own composition. If the illustrator has ideas on how to make the banner better or more interesting, I am all for it. Graphic elements. I would like to keep the following elements from the reference on the banner: trees rainbow bushes flowers basket with apples mountains clouds All these elements need to be preserved, but they can be redrawn in their own way, changing their shape and positioning them differently than in the reference. Here, the illustrator can rely on their vision and how the overall composition will look best. A separate wish is that everything should look "alive" and not give the impression of copy-pasting. For example, the trees should differ slightly from each other, the flowers should be different, and the bushes and clouds should also have their own characteristics. It is not necessary to make each element completely unique, but I would like to avoid obvious repetition of identical objects. Characters The banner should feature four characters: green red pig sheep The main characters are red and green, so it is important that they are clearly visible and in the foreground, rather than getting lost at the edges or in the background. Their positioning and poses can be changed at the illustrator's discretion if it makes the composition look more interesting and harmonious. For example, the green character does not necessarily have to be on the left, as in the reference. The emotions of the characters need to be changed. I have attached approximate options to the brief separately — you can rely on them or suggest your own if they fit the overall composition better. At the same time, it is important to maintain the recognizable appearance of the characters. Colors I would like to keep the same bright, saturated, and positive mood as in the reference, but the shades of surrounding elements can be changed. I leave the specific selection of shades to the illustrator's discretion. At the same time, the red and green characters must remain in their signature colors, as this is an important part of their image and recognizability. You can work with shadows, light, and shades within these colors, but overall the red character should remain red, and the green should remain green. Title Instead of the inscription MaizenMine from the reference, another title should be placed — Block-Shock. I would like the title to be clearly visible and at the same time fit organically into the overall composition of the banner. For the text design, you can refer to the reference, but it is not necessary to repeat it exactly. If the illustrator has an idea on how to make the title more interesting and better fit into the composition, that is welcome.Technical requirements Banner size: 2560 × 1440 px. All important elements should be placed in the center, within the safe zone of 1546 × 423 px, so that they are displayed correctly on different devices and are not cut off. Background and details I like the background in blue, but you can experiment with the shade if it looks better. Technical part It is important that all key elements, especially the faces and emotions of the characters, are closer to the center and are not cut off when displayed in a round format. Project Description Looking for a 2D Game VFX Artist / Sprite FX Artist for a browser-based 2D MMORPG in the dark fantasy style. I already have combat animations implemented in PixiJS, so no coding is required. I need help specifically with graphic VFX assets: improving existing sprites or suggesting a new effect with new animation frames. I will integrate everything into PixiJS myself, so I only need high-quality graphic files and a clear frame structure from the performer.What Needs to Be Done Work is needed on combat effects: sword hit effect; magic hit effect; block effect; shield impact; shield break; miss / dodge effect; dust; speedlines; glow; particles; slash trail; magic trail; impact burst; arcane portal / magic dodge; crit / lucky / counter visual effects.There Are Two Types of Tasks1. Improve Current Sprites For example, there is already a ready effect, but it looks weak. I am looking for someone to prepare several illustrations (currently from one to seven) related to my novel (fantasy genre - I can easily share excerpts to check the atmosphere). To start, I need one graphic depicting a character (one of four, with plans to show a group as well), followed by two shots of objects, including one characteristic of the novel's world. All scenes would be based on my (fairly accurate) descriptions and narrative context, if needed. Initially simple, static, without dynamics. More expressive, spectacular ones can come later. The style I have in mind is a sketch on a texture resembling parchment (for example, sharp, fragmented, unfinished, focusing on a selected fragment, blurring the rest - something in that direction) or full black and white. Something that looks like notes from a wandering artist, without access to a full palette of paints and brushes.The graphics would be used for "propaganda," encouraging people to enter this world. I would place them on my Instagram profile, possibly someday in a gallery on my author website, but for now, I don't have such a place or opportunity. If the collaboration goes well, I could return with more commissions, as there is plenty of material. I am at the stage of my first publication, without an advance, so my budget for illustrations is still modest. However, I care about a fair valuation and a scope of work that will be profitable for you.
