I will help you too if you have documents for individual entrepreneurs or organizations, have not had "System Bypass" blocks in advertising accounts with the same payment details and the same domain in the ads, and do not advertise in a "gray"/"black" niche. If you only have documents for a regular individual, it will be much more difficult.
I will send the answers for the BOV form in a file. I will check and correct the answers for stages 1-2 myself.
From you, I need a receipt (even a fictitious one will do - I will provide a ready-made template and where to insert what) and an extract from the register of single tax payers. For confirming the identity of the advertiser, photos of foreign documents or an ID passport, driver's license (Google Ads does not like the paper passport-book very much and checks it for 4 days, although not always) are desirable.
The speed of passing all stages mostly depends on you (consider the time to create a receipt and make quality scanned copies of the extract from the register of single tax payers and identity documents, and sometimes an extract from Diia is needed, and not everyone has the extract "on hand", plus time for you to confirm the support request from support). Also, Google Ads support responds within 1 day (except for Saturday and Sunday), which changes the Google Ads payment profile according to our wishes (although during working hours until 18:00, you might be lucky to get into an online chat with a Google support agent, then it takes 20 minutes).
"The domain owner is another person...." - nothing to worry about.
"Insufficient information about business relations related to the account" - this is a standard reason for rejection because the BOV form robot loves evidence of business relations in the form of a fiscal receipt, and you will struggle a lot with other documents. Also, before filling out the BOV form, you need to temporarily leave only 1 admin in the account and clean up unnecessary payment profiles in payments.google.com.
"Failed to verify identity" - this is also a common rejection. You need to tidy up the Google Ads payment profile and write the company name without individual entrepreneur status in it and in the BOV form.
If you give admin access to your Google Ads, the price of my service is 3500 UAH. If you only provide standard access to Google Ads, then it is 4000 UAH. This affects the speed of the verification process because support will ask the admin to click something, provide written permission to change the payment profile, and I will also need to edit the answers for the "Tell us about your company" stage and the BOV form, etc., and for this, I will have to bother you often.
