Формулы статичны, но количество значений формул динамично - это подсчет суммы значений ячеек столбцов одной таблицы, (строки добавляются, удаляются, формула должна видеть количество строк, и соответственно рассчитать сумму). Также, когда рассчитывается итог, формула должна видеть количество таблиц и рассчитанных там значений.
