1. Получить информацию о заказе. После оформления заказа а также после его оплаты - некоторые данные должны уходить на другой сервис.
2. Скрипт, в котором указав ордер заказа можно было бы получить информацию по заказу.

Цена ориентировочная. Нужно лучше понять вашу задачу. Также обратите внимание, что команда Вукоммерс выкатила 3 версию и в ней существенно изменился способ взаимодействия с базой данных. Желательно, чтобы выбранный вами исполнитель об этом знал, т.к. старая модель в дальнейшем поддерживаться не будет.
