We are currently looking for a new office ~160 m2, and I will need help with planning. Based on the floor plan and photos/videos of the premises, we need to:
- estimate zoning (kitchen, restroom, 2 meeting rooms, open space, relaxation area, management office), partitions
- arrange desks in the open space, furniture, equipment
- consider ventilation, ethernet wiring, windows, lighting, etc.
3D visualizations are not required. But a good understanding of ergonomics, optimal distances, and attention to detail is essential.
