What needs to be done:
1. Select a cloud CRM
A CRM is needed that is suitable for working with leads, merchants, deals, custom fields, automations, reports, and API integrations.
It is important not just to "install any CRM," but to offer the optimal option for the task.
2. Integration with MakaPay via API https://docs.makapay.io/point-of-sale-pos/payment-history
It is necessary to automatically receive the transaction history from MakaPay via API once a day and upload this data to the CRM.
It is preferable to provide:
• automatic daily import
• error handling
• logging
• a clear structure for storing transactions in the CRM or related system
3. Set up forms, funnels, and reports
It is necessary to set up:
• lead / merchant cards
• necessary fields
• statuses / stages of the funnel
• basic reports and filters
• a user-friendly interface for daily work
4. Create online forms for potential leads (merchants)
Lead capture forms are needed that can be placed online.
Data from the forms should automatically go to the CRM.
It would be a plus if the performer can offer:
• spam protection
• field validation
• notifications to the manager
• auto-email / auto-response after form submission
Expected result:
The output should be a working system where:
• a suitable cloud CRM is selected and implemented

• cards, fields, funnels, forms, and reports are set up
• online applications from potential merchants automatically go to the CRM
• there is a short instruction or a call to transfer the result
