Подбор и редактирование картинок

Нам необходимо подобрать восемь черно-белых картинок (фоток) хорошего разрешения (качества) и сделать на них акценты синего цвета, для последующей печати и помещения в рамку на стены офиса.
Задумка такая:
Всем известны такие фото 
Так вот, нам надо такого же плана, только не красные акценты, а синие. Самостоятельно сделать затрудняемся, так как, во-первых - большинство картинок которые мы находим с красными акцентами, во-вторых - многие картинки маленького разрешения.
Нам же нужны:
1. Фото города или интересного пейзажа (примеры работ в прикрепленном файле);
2. Высокое разрешение картинок;
3. Синие элементы на ч/б картинке, а не красные.
Прошу указать стоимость и возможно примеры аналогичных работ.
