The essence of the task is to work with the content of VTuber streams.
Your responsibilities include watching the stream in full to find interesting and independent moments, as well as creating videos based on them. The format, presentation, and theme of the videos are not limited - a creative approach is encouraged.
Finished videos undergo additional review: if necessary, justified edits or minor adjustments are provided.
Payment is made for each video and depends on the complexity of the work. Bonuses for results are also provided: if the video shows good metrics and generates interest from the audience, an additional reward is paid.
Deadlines are discussed individually depending on the task. Some videos may require completion within a few hours, others - within a few days.
Important: in the case of unsatisfactory or blatantly poor performance, the work may be partially paid or not paid at all. All such cases are discussed in advance with justification - decisions are not made without explanations.
Requirements:
- basic editing skills
- ability to add subtitles
- insertion of images and GIF elements
Key evaluation criteria are engagement in the process, creativity, and understanding of the content.
With a higher level of editing, additional tasks or more complex projects may be possible in the future. All conditions (deadlines, payment, workload) are agreed upon separately.
The current project is of a test nature. Each candidate will be offered an individual task to create 5 videos.
