LiQPAY Connection
Hello! The company is engaged in GPS monitoring, and we need to implement payment control (Billing). I have an open individual entrepreneur status with an account in PrivatBank, and I have software on two servers: one local server and one hosting server. I need to create a billing website that will contain all client account details. Here’s how I envision it: LiQPAY is connected to the website, and the website is integrated with our software via API. It should work like this: the client makes a payment through LiQPAY, the payment is received on the website, and the client continues to use the service as before. If the payment is not made by a certain time, then the billing website blocks access to the software; as soon as the payment is made, access is automatically activated. It is also necessary to set up automatic notifications reminding about upcoming payments.
As for the API, we have a description of its operation.

LiQPAY ConnectionThe work was done with high quality and ahead of schedule! I really liked the approach of the performer, who made suggestions and recommendations for the project! After the project launch, they made adjustments to the project very promptly!!!! I recommend them as an excellent specialist in their field!!!!

LiQPAY ConnectionA pleasant client to work with, responds quickly, always in touch, there were some differences in opinion, but both agreed it was a mutual misunderstanding, even this did not become an obstacle, they quickly found common ground and resolved the issue. I recommend for collaboration.

✋ Hello! We are the IT company dZENcode.
We are implementing a billing platform for GPS monitoring: integration with LiqPay, API connection with your software, processing webhooks, blocking/activating access, and reminders in Python (Django/FastAPI), based on the team's experience, best practices, and our own developments.
Do you have test keys for LiqPay and webhook URLs?
What API does your software use for blocking/activating access?
You can find detailed information about our services and rates on our website:Freelancehunt
Take a look – we will discuss the details of the work further, write when you are ready.
…
The final cost is determined only after clarifying the scope and requirements.

Hello! I am interested in your task. Creating a billing website with LiQPAY integration and API for your software requires certain technical solutions. I can implement all your requirements, including automating access blocking and sending payment reminders. For such tasks, the complexity of the work should always be taken into account, so I recommend a price starting from 10,000 UAH. Regarding the deadlines, I would suggest 7 days, considering buffer time. Can we discuss the details?

249 11 0 2 Good evening, I have extensive experience in this field. I am ready to create a system that will be a "smart layer" between your bank and the monitoring servers. What will specifically be done: 1. Client portal: A simple and clear interface for clients (balance, tariff, payment button) and an admin panel for you (to see everyone who has paid and who has not). 2. Integration with LiqPay: Money goes into your individual entrepreneur account — billing instantly sees this and renews the subscription. 3. Auto-control: The system checks the deadlines by itself. If the payment has expired — it sends a command to the server (local or hosting) to block. Once payment is received — it immediately re-enables access. 4. Reminders: We will set up a bot in Telegram or an email newsletter so that clients do not forget to pay (3-5 days before disconnection).

1762 19 0 1 Hello, Oleg!
Our IT company creates and improves websites that operate reliably, quickly, and solve specific business tasks for clients. We are engaged in developing websites "from scratch," as well as enhancing existing solutions, increasing their productivity and usability for your users.
We have experience in:
- developing responsive and fast websites on various platforms (WordPress, OpenCart, Shopify, WIX);
- integrations with payment systems, CRM, external services, and internal systems;
- optimizing website performance and security;
- setting up analytics and basic SEO tools;
… - software development and automation of business processes: managing customer databases, resource accounting, automating repetitive tasks, integrations with third-party systems;
After the project is completed, we provide 14 days of technical support. During this period, we help adapt the system to your business processes and consult on any questions related to the completed work. This ensures that the developed solution operates reliably from the moment of launch and does not require additional adjustments.
We work in a structured and responsible manner - focused on results that align with your business goals.

556 1 0 Hello, Oleg!
The task is clear: a separate billing module is needed with LiqPay integration and a connection to your software via API for automatic access management.
This can be implemented as a separate billing website (web application) that will:
- accept payments through LiqPay
- store customer credentials
- track subscription status
… - manage access to your software via API
- send automatic reminders
How I propose to implement it:
1️⃣ Architecture
The billing site as a separate application (not just a landing page), with a customer database and subscription logic.
Technology:
Backend: Laravel or Node.js (reliable operation with API and payments)
DB: MySQL / PostgreSQL
LiqPay integration via official API + callback (server-to-server)
2️⃣ Logic of operation:
The client pays through LiqPay
LiqPay sends a callback to the server
The system changes the client's status to “Active”
A request is sent via API to your software for activation
If the payment period has expired:
the status changes to “Expired”
a command is sent via API to block
After re-payment — automatic unblocking
3️⃣ Reminders:
Cron jobs (daily check of expiration dates)
Email notifications
if necessary — Telegram / SMS
4️⃣ Security:
LiqPay signature verification
Logging of all operations
Role separation (admin / manager)
Protection of API keys
What needs to be clarified:
Payment model — fixed subscription or different rates?
Does the software accept webhook or does it need to initiate a request from billing?
Is a payment history needed in the client interface?
Timeline:
3–5 weeks (depending on the complexity of your software's API)
Budget:
1,500 USD
After reviewing the API, I will be able to provide a more accurate estimate.
(If there is API documentation — you can send it, I will look at the integration architecture)
I am ready to discuss the details.

993 4 0 We can implement such a "turnkey" billing system with LiqPay integration and your software. However, I would like to point out an important architectural aspect regarding the "separate billing website": if you already have a website hosted, it makes more sense not to create a third separate billing website, but to enhance the existing website, implement user personal accounts, integrate billing, rates, and access management within one system. This is easier to administer, safer, cheaper to support, and more convenient for clients. A separate billing service only makes sense if you plan to scale, use white-label, or sell billing as a separate product. We can discuss the details in private messages, feel free to write, we are available for implementation.

278 Hello!
Here is how I see the implementation of your project:
1. Billing website — Laravel or Node.js, admin panel + client personal account
2. LiqPay — integration through their API (callback upon successful payment automatically changes the client's status)
3. Integration with your software — through your API: upon payment, we send a request for activation, upon overdue — for blocking
4. Automatic notifications — cron job checks payment dates, sends reminders 7/3/1 day (email, SMS, or Telegram — of your choice)
5. Client database — all account details, payment history, statuses, tariffs
Experience on the topic:
… We created a personal account with payment through LiqPay for an online school — subscription model, automatic renewal, blocking access to courses upon overdue
Write to me, we will discuss the details.
