Sign segwit transactions for btc and ltc

Basically, I may have a crazy idea but here it is

Need to create and sign segwit transactions for btc and ltc 

I'm making a package, publishing it on pypi for easy interaction with crypto

And for these transactions, currently there is bitcoinlib and to run it on windows you need to install c++ and that is unacceptable for the project

So I tried to sign them myself, but I don't understand anything about it, tried to follow the example and write similar code but it always turns out to be an invalid transaction

There is a bit library for bitcoin but we also need litecoin and maybe dogecoin later, so we wouldn't want to have a library for each one because essentially the main logic is the same 

So that's my problem and I can't figure out how to solve it 

There is code in the pull request that is currently there and there is a section where bitcoinlib is used, so somehow it needs to be removed from there 🙂
