А есть более подробная методичка? Не совсем ясен контекст задачи. Длина команд - это имеется ввиду длина адреса (кода команды) или же длина мнемоники команды (ассеблерная) или ещё что? про часть операндов команды тоже не совсем ясно.
"Команды имеют одно или два поля адреса. " - это имеется ввиду, что команда может быть условно с адресом в 1 байт (8 быт), а может с адресом в 2 байта (16 бит). Тут чисто математически нужно оценить или же подразумевается, что условный "первый" бит являтся идентификатором того, является ли команда одно или двухбайтной и фактически рабочими будут только оставшиеся 7 бит?
