Проект интересный. Если некритично java, то мог бы реализовать. Советую сразу написать в тексте проекта, какие именно сайты надо будет парсить на предмет новый курсов. Также советую реализовать двумя модулями:
- собственно бот, которыйвыдает инфу из базы- парсер, который запускается с определенным интервалом и собирает данные с сайтов в базу.
