Простите, в примерах подвязалось много лишнего (на листах), все сразу и прям в одну структуру не свести, это я понимаю😅
В данный момент меня интересует сведение файлов со структурой как на скрине. Разница может быть только в том что еще столбец может быть со свойствами.
По факту получается, что мне помог бы макрос, который позволил бы мне выбирать, что именно из всего мусора в файле мне нужно... Или выделять диапазонами 
или может выделять прям как-то по ячейкам
А в результате, чтоб эти выделенные блоки собрались в одну таблицу сводную.
Было бы неплохо, если бы таких столбцов можно было бы забивать не 3, а чуть больше🙄

принцип исходных файлов:
куча мусора + нагромождение маленьких табличек наваленых по всему файлу зачастую на разных страницах.
Из отличий может быть добавление дополнительных столбцов например с дополнительным описанием или ценой по какому-то условию.
Простите, на мой взгляд они просто одинаково кошмарные.. Но я согласна провести предварительную работу с каждым файлом отдельно, чтоб когда прилетит новый обновленный (цена изменилась или добавились/удалились несколько позиций), достаточно было заменить его на новый в папочке, а в "рабочем файле" одной кнопкой "обновить" получить новые данные. Если структура прям сильно изменится (например добавится новый блок), то тогда уже можно еще раз предварительно прорабатывать файл по новой.
В результате мне нужна таблица в формате, где все названия/описания/условия прописаны в одном столбце, а цена в другом. Названия столбцов и прочий мусор из файла меня интересует.

Pawer Query, конечно, хорошо. Но дорого!
Это платная надстройка к Эксель. Да и её изучение займет немало времени.
Проще довериться специалистам, чтобы они сделали. С помощью Квери, макросов или обычных формул.
В любом случае, вам придется пересмотреть всю стратегию организации структуры файлов (таблиц). Обычная офисная история, когда много людей в течение месяцев/лет приложили свои усилия. ))
Беглый взгляд на скрины сразу породил множество практических вопросов.
Приготовьтесь на несколько недель отладки ваших баз данных. Придется менять концепцию логики и алгоритма расчетов и ввода данных.
Даже, если вы решитесь заказать профессиональную программу учёта. Но цена - на порядок выше.
Если вам удобно и привычно работать в Эксель, упростите и приземлите ваши требования.
Стандартные сводные таблицы смогут вам помочь. (+ немного формул, + немного скриптов)
