Improvement of existing Chrome extension

Task:

1. Automatic printing of TTH

Description:

• After creating the TTH (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta), the extension automatically opens the PDF / image / print page and:

  • automatically calls window.print() without additional clicks

  • selects default printer (it must be set in Windows)

• Do not show print dialog if possible through Native Messaging.

Expected result:

• The TTH is printed automatically immediately after creation.

• The user does not press anything, does not select a printer.

2. Automatic printing of receipt

Description:

• The 🖨 Print receipt button already exists — need to:

  • use correct URL with token (?token=...) — it can be static or stored in localStorage / chrome.storage

  • after opening the page document-check/png/..., call window.print() without dialog

  • after printing, automatically close the tab / window

Expected result:

• After clicking the receipt button, it prints instantly, the print window does not block UX.

3. SPA issue: AngularJS and page refresh

Problem:

• Due to the AngularJS architecture of SalesDrive, the DOM does not always update synchronously.

• This causes the script not to see the necessary elements without a page refresh.

Solution:

• Add a DOM observer (MutationObserver) that reacts to the appearance of elements after URL change (#/order/update/1234)

• Determine the uniqueness of the order page through <h1 class="...">Order #52166</h1>

• When a new order is detected: reset scanning, update the interface, check for the presence of the receipt

Expected result:

• The extension works without the need to manually refresh the page, even when navigating between orders.

Additionally recommended:

• Store the last checkId + token in chrome.storage.local

• Add debug mode (via parameter ?debug=true) for logging all actions
