Полярность диодов (на реле) не правильная. Надо катодом на питание, анодом на коллектор транзистора. Для поиска неисправностей для начала лучше их убрать

В группе по ардуино мне уже подсказали что неверно диод стоит)
Я оторвал на второй плате и реле начало работать, как сделаю все тесты остальной части - то уже попробую как-то припаять его правильной стороной)
Первая уже походу с пробитыми транзисторами - так как на базе 9вольт, а на ногу ардуино приходит 5.7в (хотя по факту должно быть 0)
У меня ещё впереди пару модулей(для умного дома), плюс попой чувствую что защита по питанию у меня очень слабая(что может выгореть пол платы, если что-то не так)
Если есть желание, могу поделится доступом к моему easyEda - растолковать какой функционал я в целом хочу сделать и оценишь по денежке сколько это будет мне стоить)
У меня готовы пока только 2 (модуль в подрозетник/выключатели, и вот этот вот реле модуль)
Впереди ещё диммирование Led лентами(мосфеты), диммирование led светильниками типа 220вольт, вентиляция, электро-штора и на другом чипе (esp32) для адресной led ленты(у atmega мало памяти и скорость скорее всего сильно хуже) -

В помилку Вам вже вказали це діоди , транзисторам мабуть стало погано , від такого ))

Також зверніть увагу на даташит , для AMS1117 по виходу бажано встановлювати
електролит або тантал на 22 мкф , для більш стабільною праці

На вашу думку, чи вымагаэ така плата доопрацювання щодо захисту електроживлення ?
Я боюся як би одна помилка, не спалила всю електронiку за один раз)) -
Є багато схем, но сама простіша для Вас як початківця , поставьте діодний міст ( та електроліт після нього ) по входу і вас вже не буде лякати що ви щось не так підключили.)
Та зможете напряму використовувати трансформатор) для ваших експериментів.
Також рекомендую робити все же на stm32:, та не витрачати час на avr.
