isp делает бэкапы на указанный google-диск, но мы не сможем сами все восстановить, а их поддержка не сильно горит нам помогать

Все там импортом в два клика восстанавливается в том же ISP, просто если есть бекап вам нужно реинсталлить сервер и поставить чистый ISP и импортировать бекапы - оно вернет все на место
