Looking for an architect/designer for the preliminary plan of the first floor of the house
Need help in developing the layout of the first floor of a residential building. There is a site layout and a rough floor plan (attached to the announcement). The site has a slope, and the house will be located at the lower part. There are neighbors on both sides.
About the house:
- House made of timber, facade – a combination of insulation and metal panels.
- Number of floors – 1.5 floors.
- On the second floor, 2 rooms and a bathroom are planned.
- Roof type has not been chosen yet.
- A clear and well-thought-out plan for the first floor is needed, which will serve as the basis for further design.
What needs to be considered/added to the existing plan:
- Bathroom (toilet) under the stairs to the second floor.
- Separate bathroom with toilet.
- Kitchen-living room with large windows and access to the terrace.
- 3 bedrooms.
- Technical room with a window and entrance from the street (remains on that side, as per the plan — there is a territory for chickens at the neighbors).
- Provide space for laundry (washing machine + dryer).
- Fireplace in the living room.
- Entrance to the house should remain on the same side as shown in the plan.
- Only focus on the dimensions already indicated on the diagram.
- No visualization, electricity, or engineering networks needed — only planning solution.
