Обмен с сайтом - есть2 обмена, которые происходят при помощи хмл файла через Обмен 1с Битрикс - это Выгрузка с 1с на сайт остатков товаров и второй обмен - это загрузка заказов с сайта
Выгрузка на сайт остатков - работает
А вот Загрузка заказов перестало работать и пишет 1с ошибку:
Не удалось получить данные с сервера.Проверьте правильность адреса сервера, порт, имя пользователя и пароль,
а также настройки подключения к Интернет.
Не удалось прочитать данные, загруженные с сервера.
Обмен не выполнен
Обмен заказами завершен с ошибками!!!
Адрес сервера, имя пользователя и пароль один и тот же, а выгрузка работает, а загрузка -нет.
Нужно определить в чем проблема и на какой стороне: в 1с или на сайте. Если в 1с, то поправить. Если на сайте, то прислать параметры, которые пересылаются в запросе, чтоб нашли на сайте где проблема

Обращайтесь к хостеру. В логах на хостинге по идее должна проскакивать 503 ошибка при попытке обмена
