Сергей, судя по ТЗ очень много багов в верстке (не факт что это все которые Вы нашли). По программной части Модекса работы не много. Прежде чем ставить ставку интересуюсь есть ли у Вас все исходники верстки? Более разумно взять исходники, проделать работу локально, протестировать на другом удалённом сервере, а после уже обновлять. Цену и сроки сейчас очень трудно назвать т.к.
- Возможно некоторые баги нельзя будет просто поправить, а нужно будет переписывать блок, что может повлечь за собой новые баги.
- Не известно как реализовано в CMS
