Портировать WordPress-плагин под платформу Shopify
Коротко о продукте и задачах. Плагин агрегирует контент из различных соцсетей. Пользователи могут показывать этот контент на страницах своего сайта в виде грида, в котором каждая карточка это пост из соцсети.
По клиентской части работы практически нет, эта часть просто берется из WordPress-решения в том же виде. Львиная часть работы это портирование и расширение серверной логики. WordPress работает исключительно на собственном сервере и все происходит на нем. На Shopify прямого доступа к серверу нет и все построено на облачных технологиях и API. Соотвественно понадобится серверную логику плагина WordPress разбить на две части: наш собственный API сервер и приложение Shopify, которое служит интерфейсом для доступа к нему. Все, что раньше делалось у пользователя на его собственном сервере (хранения настроек, запросы к API соцсетей, работа с кешированием данных и тд), теперь будет делать для всех наш API сервер. К существующему WordPress решению необходимо реализовать REST API и добавить функционал по работе с данными многочисленных юзеров.
Предпочитаемый язык для написания API сервера — PHP. Приложение Shopify с интерфейсом будет писаться на Ruby.
