1. Will users and businesses be able to register in the application freely? Or, for example, will businesses need to submit any documents and go through a verification process? If so, what will this verification entail?
User - registration (Last name, first name, phone number) - SMS verification with code, user card activation. The card is active for 3 months for free, then payment is required. Without an active card in the application, functionality cannot be accessed or is limited... hints are needed here)
Business - registration does not require supporting documents. To register, one needs to go to the "My Account" tab and fill in the fields. Account activation is also done via SMS confirmation. The account is visible and active for 6 months for free, then payment is required for activation and display in the application. We are currently discussing this with the legal department. The application and company are not responsible for whether the product or service is officially operational or not. We simply provide a platform for self-information placement.
2. Will businesses have their own account where their representative will fill in the necessary information? So, no integration with their websites, data uploads from these sites - none of this will happen?
Businesses will definitely have a personal account. There will be no integrations with websites, but in the personal account, there is an option to provide links to Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, website. No additional uploads are expected in the near future.
3. Will businesses be able to upload documents, not just texts? For example, a restaurant will upload photos, videos, PDF files with menus, etc.
Businesses can only upload PHOTOS! Everything should be simple and work quickly... no documents or videos should be uploaded.
4. Is it necessary to develop an administrative panel for this application? What will the admin be able to do? Verify businesses? Ban users and businesses? View statistics and analytics? Edit content? Fill out business surveys on their behalf?
Yes, I am ready to discuss this more specifically, I still do not fully understand the admin's complete functionality, but there will be bans on businesses for sure. Statistics and analytics are also needed. Perhaps editing information in business account cards.
5. Will there be any thematic or geographical restrictions? So, is the application open to all businesses in Ukraine? Or only to a specific region of Ukraine? Or for businesses from any corner of the world? Can industrial businesses register in the application or only service sector, etc.?
No restrictions are foreseen, local placements are needed, Kharkiv + region, Dnipro + region, etc... like choosing a city in 2GIS. Any business can register, just need to select the correct sector (tab, button).
6. Do you know of a similar application that already exists? If so, what do you like about it and what don't you like?
