Implement HTML layout on WP

There is an HTML, CSS, JS layout that needs to be integrated into WP using ACF Pro (which I will provide).
- Separate files for each page type. (page-home.php - <?php /* Template Name: Home Page */ ?> and so on)
- Use Repeater Field for blocks where necessary.
- Ensure multilingual support for static content - <?= __('Text', 'theme-slug'); ?>.
- Use WordPress Menu for navigation.
- Connect CSS/JS through a function in functions.php.
- For header and footer, use Site Options (can be created in ACF).
