Currently, there is a need to find hotels for holding an event.
Globally, there are many tasks that will require assistance,
1. where something needs to be found or learned.
2. Sometimes it is necessary to write texts / articles / social media content / edit videos
Ideally, I want to find an assistant who will help with these tasks long-term, at least in one of the categories.
About this task of finding hotels: we need to find nice hotels for future events. Events can be for 40-50 people, or for 150-200. It is necessary to accommodate at least 40-50 people. A conference hall is a must, where lectures can be held and yoga can be conducted. We are looking in Spain in cities that have an airport nearby
The cost per night per person should be around ~50 euros / night. That is, a room for two can be ~100, preferably less. Rooms for 3 and 4 are also possible. Ideally, if meals are already included in this price. We do not consider hotels with meals that cost more than 75 / night per person.
It would be better if there is a nice view nearby, water. It does not necessarily have to be city centers or nearby.
The main months when events take place: January, February, April, May, sometimes September - October. The idea is that we book many places in advance during the off-season, which is beneficial for hotels, and they can offer good prices.
Locations we are carefully looking at:
1 Valencia and nearby. Near Alicante - Denia, Gandia.

2 Northern Spain (Bilbao and other cities with an airport, need to look at, for example, San Sebastián, Santander, Oviedo)
3 The islands of Tenerife and Mallorca
Steps for the task that I see
1. create a table to enter options that may fit (+- acceptable) (looking at Google Maps and Booking hotels up to 150 euros for two / night)
2. write to each hotel to find out details (the possibility of giving a good price for bulk, availability of a hall and meals)
3. write (email, WhatsApp, ..) / call the hotels until they respond
4. when ~70-80 percent of hotels respond, provide information about the best ones that are most suitable
The task is extensive, which is currently difficult to estimate. Therefore, in the proposal text, please write either an approximate cost from - to. Or an approximate number of hours and the cost of one hour.

Important:
1. For communication, you will need Spanish / English. For future tasks as well, so please submit your proposal only if you have at least an intermediate level in at least one of these languages, preferably both.
2. Also, submit your proposal if the language issue is not critical for you because in future communication regarding this task and others, I will be communicating a lot in Russian.
