I invite an experienced web designer to participate in the creation of the design for a large-scale legal platform.
The project involves developing not just a “beautiful website,” but a structured interface that simultaneously works on SEO, user convenience, has a clear audience segmentation: “For businesses” and “For individuals,” high requirements for trust, professionalism, and conversionto applications.
About the project
- CMS: WordPress (ACF + Gutenberg)
- Architecture: HUB → P1 → P2 → P3 → BLOG
- Scale: starting ~240 pages, expanding to 2000+
- Multilingual: UA / RU / EN
- Theme: legal services (YMYL)
- Functionality: Amelia Booking, WooCommerce, consultation forms
The site is being built as a platform. Service structure:

Main tasks of the designer
Develop a system design for the site that will scale to hundreds and thousands of pages without losing quality.
What needs to be done
Develop a design system (UI kit), components, styles, dark/light theme:
- typography
- colors
- buttons
- forms
- cards
- Design key page templates:
- main page
- HUB (service page)
- P1 / P2 (services / sub-services)
- article page (P3)
- consultation booking page
- about us / team page
- Work on UX:
- logic of blocks
- content structure
- placement of CTA
- user scenarios
- Ensure:
- responsiveness (mobile-first)
- ease of scaling
- readability of large volumes of text
Requirements for the candidate
Mandatory:
- Experience in designing legal, financial, or medical websites (YMYL)
- Strong UX skills (clear structure, trust, conversion elements) for content and SEO sites
- High level of UI (clean, professional, modern design)
- Experience with Figma + creating design systems
- Understanding of principles:
- information hierarchy
- conversion
- text readability
- Experience in creating design systems (not individual pages)
- Understanding the specifics of the legal theme (trust, expertise, absence of a “cheap” look)
- Portfolio with relevant projects (must show)
Important
- think systematically (in templates, not individual screens)
- understand that the site will scale to 1000+ pages
- consider SEO architecture (HUB / P1 / P2 / P3)
- Understanding the principles of E-E-A-T in design (trust blocks, specialist profiles, cases)
Will be an advantage
- experience with legal or YMYL projects
- experience in designing platforms or marketplaces
- understanding the limitations of WordPress (ACF + Gutenberg)
