Before installing any panel the best option is to remove (php, MySQL, Nginx, Apache, ... ) all the installations that were on Ubuntu (for example), so there will be no conflicts on the compatibility of versions, i.e. installing "from a pure list".
If there are already projects on the specified server that can’t be removed, then this will make certain problems.

You need access to the ssh and the domain register.

The next problem will also be the output mail from the sites if the SMTP server is not installed.
WP, theme, plugins and migration in general do not pose any problems at all.
