Добрый день, требуется сделать макет дома в 3д, красиво / стильно / современно. Есть фото готового подобного дома, есть макет в SketchUp, есть все размеры / планы.
3д макет нужен для продажи строящего дома в проекте, макет будет использоваться на сайте и в рекламе, а также в распечатанном виде в буклетах.
Важно подобрать мебель, пальмы итп, чтобы смотрелось похоже на существующий проект. Пусть не под копирку, но в одном стиле. Ну и конечно в тех же цветах.
Дом с 2 этажами площадью 180 квм, участок 335квм, бассейн 9 на 3, 3 спальни, 4 ванные, гостиная совмещенная с кухней, время - лето (локация Таиланд), нужно учитывать озеленение сада. На сайте есть инфо orbitavillas.com
