I am looking for an illustrator for a long-term collaboration – a series of children's books

I am looking for a talented illustrator to create illustrations for a series of children's books (ages 2–6). The project involves long-term collaboration on subsequent titles.
What I need:
illustrations in a warm, friendly watercolor style, with vibrant, pastel colors;
consistent style for the entire series;
creativity, sensitivity to emotions and details;
ability to create likable children's characters and everyday scenes.
Stylistic inspiration:
I am attaching a sample illustration that reflects the color scheme and atmosphere I am looking for.
About the project:
a series of educational books for young children, aimed at the international market;
each book will have about 12–20 illustrations;
possibility of long-term collaboration in developing subsequent titles.
