We are a small team and will provide 12 real Google accounts and 12 different Android devices for 14 days. We will launch closed testing through Google Play, covering installation/update, onboarding/login, push notifications, offline, permissions, and stability. We will provide short reports for each device with screenshots/videos, and we will document bugs in Jira/Trello/Sheets. Experience with marketplaces and admin panels helps us clearly describe defects and prioritize them.
