I reviewed vikna-lux.kyiv.ua before the feedback. The basic layout is already in place, but there is a PNG on the homepage that is 4.3 MB - it alone is dragging down mobile speed, and there is no WebP on the site at all. The news has URLs with dates, and one post lives at the URL /2026/03/02/2234/ without a proper slug. The title of the news page is template-based - "News - vikna lux" with a lowercase letter. So, the base is there, but it hasn't been brought to fruition.
Regarding your questions:
