I remember Farmandia, it was a nice game. The mechanics of the grid, plant growth, and decor are all clear.

I have been working with Unity for over 3 years. I have experience adapting for PC and Steam: converting touch controls to mouse/keyboard, UI layout for monitors, and integrating Steamworks.

Most projects are under NDA, but I can share short gameplay videos and snippets of code from personal projects for you to assess the level.

Regarding payment, I am looking at 600-700 UAH/hour, or a fixed price for the project once I see the current code and specifications. A budget of 27k UAH is quite reasonable if the base is already written.
