The order must be sent:
- immediately after creation in OpenCart
- additionally cron (every 5 minutes), which sends untransmitted orders (fallback)

2. Status Synchronization
Implement status updates:

Provide status mapping (configurable in the admin panel).

- Do not duplicate orders on resending
- Resend on error (via cron)
