Если API позволяет то сразу два. В смысле одним запросом. Если не позволяет одним - сделаем 2мя. Там разница будет в милисекунды между запросами. А мартингейл - расскажите какой - поставить без проблем. Открыть хоть 40 ордеров не проблема. Были бы деньги на счету
