General Appearance
A typical dressmaker's mannequin representing a female body:
limited at the bottom by a plane where the buttocks approximately end or slightly below
hip separation is not mandatory
without arms (arms cut off at the shoulders)
with smooth lines
with a removable head or not, as will be better, with a neutral facial expression, without hair

Dimensions
It is implied that the 3D model will be scaled as needed. Therefore, the detail of the model is more important than the dimensions.
In any case, the detail of the model should be acceptable for manufacturing at a height of 20 to 50 cm.
Shape Features
Most likely, a three-coordinate CNC router and model foam plastic will be used for the production of the first batches.
This means, in particular, that the router will separately carve the front and back parts of the mannequin with subsequent gluing of the parts, and each of these two parts should not have overlaps and knots where the router's cutter cannot reach.
These requirements also apply to the head.
Head Attachment
The mannequin should not lose its finished appearance when the head is removed.
The attachment elements should not be visible or at least should not attract attention.
Consideration can be given to attachment with hidden magnets, or the head is put on the neck with slight friction.
Technical Requirements
Intermediate options are provided in STL format or another compatible with Autodesk Fusion or Blender.
The final version is provided in the project format of Autodesk Fusion or Blender.
Each part of the model (body and head) must be solid, without cavities.
The model must not contain thin walls (thinner than 1 mm in the specified height range of the mannequin). This primarily concerns the attachment of the head to the body.
The model must pass a check in Meshlab for issues (none of the filters in the “Cleaning and Repairing” section should show problems that need to be resolved).
