For an accurate assessment, I need to see the structure of the tables and understand if there is access to Dynamics 365 via API or a ready export.
Another question - should the Portfolio Forecast be calculated according to your formula, or should it also be designed together with you?

In general, it’s reasonable to start with the analysis and prototype stage on 1-2 main pages, so that data is not randomly processed, as precision is needed both in code and in coffee =/

Hello! We can help. Contractors are divided into 2 types:
- "Hands" — they will do all the visualization for you, but they cannot conduct a business analysis and gather the correct data model — this is where a data engineer comes in.
- "Head" — analyzes your business, finds weaknesses based on data, creates the right architecture for accurate analytics, and only then creates the dashboard. In other words, to create reporting for making the right decisions, you need to go through: analysis and audit (what systems you have, where the data is, how you fill it in, whether there are regulations for employees to ensure data is in correct formats, etc.), then you need to compile "how it should be" and only then analytics is done. This is precisely our strong point: we will tell you what is better and do it ourselves.
The cost per hour is 50 euros. You can start with an audit — 1500–2000 euros, where you will receive information on why you are not earning enough and what growth points exist.
