The principle of the bonus program::
Multi-level referral system
Direct referrals:
When a manager attracts a new client, the manager receives a percentage from each order of that user. Bonuses go through the hierarchy of ranks.
Indirect referrals:
The manager also receives a percentage from the orders of users attracted by their referrals. That is, there is a common referral code between the manager and the client. When the client shares their ref. code, both the manager and the client receive a bonus.
Ranking system for managers::
Initial level
Rank name: Newbie
Requirements: First 5 referrals
Bonuses: 5% from orders of direct referrals
Level 1
Rank name: Bronze Manager
Requirements: 10 referrals and 10,000 UAH order volume
Bonuses:
6% from orders of direct referrals
2% from orders of second-level referrals
Bonus of 1,000 UAH to the manager's account for achieving the rank
Level 2
Rank name: Silver Manager
Requirements: 25 referrals and 25,000 UAH order volume
Bonuses:
7% from orders of direct referrals
3% from orders of second-level referrals
Bonus of 3,000 UAH to the manager's account for achieving the rank
and 1% (additional percentage to total earnings)
Leaderboard::
Monthly update of the leaderboard.
The top 10 managers of the month make it to the leaderboard.
Roulette scrolling system on the website in the personal account::
Every Friday, upon reaching a certain norm for offers, a roulette scroll with various prizes will be available.
Example of prizes:
Boost to the current rank (adding points to the current rank, needed for promotion);
Rank increase;
X1.5, X2, X3 status to the profile (upon receiving this status, there is an increase in profit);
