    У вас просто отошла БД от сайта - проверьте БД и в файлах конфигурации правильно ли все там прописано: имя БД, сервер, логин. пароль

    Там в сайте javascript делает location=url при полной загрузке страницы..

    Это точно. Если код полностью просмотреть, тут же и редирект.

    Просто Заказчику нужно обратится к своему веб-мастеру, которые делал сайт. А так же сменить пароли доступа к хостингу и DNS зоне.

    А сам код может и на другие страницы расплодиться
