То есть , клиенту нужно иногда быть в курсе чем занят сотрудник. Серьезных аналитик ему строить не нужно .

Нужно:

Снятие Скриншота экрана пользователя по тайм-ауту , который там по rdp работает

Ротация скриншотов , чтобы не переполнился локальный диск
