Target audience and atmosphere Target audience: youth, freelancers who value speed and quality / families with children. Atmosphere: The establishment should be cozy, Instagrammable, bright, with plenty of greenery. 3. Functional zoning The area is small, so it is critically important to plan the space wisely: 1.
