Приветствую!
Нужно сделать с нуля приложение для Android по видео стримингу. Поток нужно передавать на ПК (программа готова). Так же есть подобное приложение написанное на react ionic, но этот язык не позволяет покрыть все нужные задачи. Фактически, нужно сделать стриминг видео с телефона на ПК. Видеосервис есть, есть библиотеки и четкое понимание конечного результата.
