а вставка определения кода страны по стране будет только на Вашем сайте я так понял?

необходимые данные: пароль и имя пользователя, который имеет право самостоятельно создавать и редактировать таблицы, а так же извлекать данные из таблиц из бд при удаленном подключение к MySQL (при существующей бд и в случае расположения баз на другом хосте). АПИ - для обновления данных о странах и префиксах?
