It is necessary to find and implement a stable solution for passing product moderation in Google Merchant Center to avoid constant disapprovals due to the policy prohibiting the advertising of motorcycle equipment.
Initial data (what has already been done manually)
Feeds:
A separate feed was created in the form of a Google spreadsheet.
Structure: Product ID → Name → Website link → Link to a unique photo.
It was uploaded manually to Merchant Center.
Changes in product names:
The words "motorcycle," "scooter," "electric scooter," "pit bike," "bike" were removed.
Only the model and brand were left (for example, "Nisa K5 Amalfi").
Sometimes moderation was passed, but after 1–2 days the products were rejected again.
Work with photos:
A unique photo was added to each product (sometimes edited manually).
It was uploaded separately in the feed.
Cloning product cards:
Duplicates of products were created without category/filter.
Such products sometimes passed moderation but had "crooked" cards: incorrect percentages, lack of filter, other visual problems.
After 1–2 days, they still received a rejection.
Problem
Both methods (manual feed and product cloning) only work temporarily:
Initially, products are approved.
After a short time (from one hour to 2 days), they are blocked again.
What is needed from the freelancer
Situation analysis:
Why does Google reject products again even after "bypassing" names and unique photos?
Is the problem in the feed structure, Google's policy, or in the product cards themselves?
Development of a solution (at least 2–3 options):
Automation of the process of generating "clean" names and unique photos for the feed.
The possibility of creating a semi-automatic feed to avoid manual editing.
An option for stable bypassing of categorization so that the cards do not look "crooked."
A solution to avoid losing cards after 1–2 days.
Implementation:
Set up either a script/bot or a tool that will:
automatically generate the required feed;
check the moderation status;
quickly update photos/names if necessary.
Result:
The feed with products consistently passes moderation and is not rejected due to Google's policy.
Minimized manual labor (without constant manual editing of tables and clones).
