You have only 1 label at a time, because they have 3 pieces on the site. Another label "top sales" needs to be displayed when there is no free delivery. The third label is the discount size, it is like the label on the same page of the product should not appear.
All labels are written in 1 row on the product page, without transfer, regardless of the size of the screen.
All changes need to be made in the child theme, or after the main theme is updated they go away. I will definitely check this point.
