Product Manager for Discovery and MVP
Need a product manager for a short Discovery and the formation of an MVP service that automatically creates a set of materials from a single lesson recording (or uploaded video): edited video, slides, quiz, homework, summary, and timestamps. The service is not an LMS, only content generation and downloading.
Tasks and expected artifacts (briefly):
Validate the problem
Competitive analysis with a feature matrix and conclusions on differentiation
Analysis of feedback with top pain points/"wow" moments and quotes
Formulation of USP/positioning and proposals for packages/pricing (draft)
MVP backlog with prioritization (RICE) and a list for v2
Several short PRDs for key epics (auto-trim/timestamps/slides/quiz/editor)
Brief for wireframes: personas, key flows, screens, and states
