Task Description:

🔹 Who we are looking for:
A specialist with real experience in SMM / targeted advertising / content marketing / sales in the field of aesthetic medicine and cosmetology, who:
Understands the audience of women aged 30–60 and can build a trusting relationship with them;
Has experience promoting services and selling equipment in the beauty industry;
Can sell through content and effectively build a sales funnel, not just publish, with competent texts and visuals;
Has successful cases with specific results (sales growth, creatives, inquiries, reach, etc.);
Can work independently — from idea to implementation and effectiveness analysis;
Promotion of SMAS-lifting services, and active sales of the Doublo device.
🔹 What needs to be done:
Promotion (B2C + B2B):
Create a content plan 2–4 weeks in advance
Write selling texts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Develop visuals and banners (in Canva or other tools)
Set up and manage targeted advertising with optimization
Promote procedures and the device (different audience segments)
Launch promotions, stories, update social media information
Monitor and analyze results (reports, adjustments)
Sales:
Find and attract clients for purchasing the device and services
Independently reach out to B2B partners and targeted salons/clinics
Prepare presentations, offers, creatives, cases
Analyze target audience and propose effective market entry strategies
Support clients until deal closure
