The main goal is discussed in personal correspondence.
Justification and background:
1. The director of the guest house committed a serious violation.
2. Communication with the support service and the security department of Booking.com resulted in the following sanctions for the accommodation:
- Profile blocked for 10 days.
- Loss of 4☆ hotel classification status.
However, Booking.com's actions did not affect the overall rating of the guest house, which is 9.5 points.
Booking.com has been informed that the rating is fabricated and artificially created through bribing customers and offering rewards for perfect reviews. Facts were provided, but Booking.com is interested in continuing to work with this accommodation, considering the financial benefits and probably only one carefully prepared justified constructive and persistent appeal regarding multiple violations by the accommodation.
3. Communication with Booking.com does not seem promising going forward, at least with our involvement. They have stopped responding to emails and inquiries related to specific bookings.
4. The final element remains an appeal to the prosecutor's office in France (the actions of the guest house owner fall under the article of the French criminal code).
Absolutely any ideas and methods to achieve the goal are welcome.
