и когда заказчик формулирует ТЗ ВОТ ТАК - это кошмар. хотя даже ТЗ как такового нет. это первое, второе - я почему-то уверен, что там ещё и запрос из серии "а сделаете за 15 долларов?" ну или в том духе. вкладка "обсуждение" как раз и существует для комментариев и обсуждения. хорошего дня и интеллекта!

для начала, поймите сами, что вам необходимо сделать, потому что я понять не могу, судя по комментариям людей ниже, и количеству оценок описания проекта/жалоб на проект - они тоже мало что понимают.
посмотрите примеры похожих проектов на сайте, если уж влом писать вручную - поговорите с нейросетью, попросите сформулировать вам нормально текст проекта, чтобы люди открывая его, читали, чётко понимали задачу и оставляли ставки по делу, а не комментарии по фану.
